Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a purchase on Captain ArtZ (captainartz.com). By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. About Captain ArtZ

Captain ArtZ is an independent website selling digital downloads of original hand-drawn artwork created by Captain, a child artist from Loei, Thailand. The site is operated by Captain’s family on his behalf.

2. Digital Products

All products sold on Captain ArtZ are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a secure link to download your purchased file.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, please read the product description carefully before purchasing.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a download link has been issued.

However, we are committed to making sure every customer receives what they paid for. If you experience any of the following, please contact us and we will make it right:

  • Your download link did not arrive
  • Your download link expired before you could use it
  • The file you received was corrupted or unreadable
  • You were charged but received no confirmation

We will never leave a genuine issue unresolved. Simply contact us through the Contact page with your order details and we will respond within 1–2 business days.

4. Licensing & Permitted Use

When you purchase a digital file from Captain ArtZ, you are purchasing a personal use license only. This license grants you the right to:

  • Download and save the file for your own use
  • Print the artwork for personal, non-commercial display (e.g. in your home)
  • Use the artwork as a personal digital wallpaper or screensaver

This license does not grant you the right to:

  • Sell, redistribute, or share the digital file with others
  • Use the artwork for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to selling prints, merchandise, or using the artwork in advertising or promotional materials
  • Claim the artwork as your own or remove any copyright information
  • Modify or alter the artwork and present it as original work

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork on Captain ArtZ is the original creative work of Captain and remains the intellectual property of Captain and his family. All rights are reserved. Purchasing a digital file does not transfer ownership or copyright of the artwork.

6. Payment

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We accept PayPal account payments as well as major credit and debit cards through PayPal’s checkout. By completing payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

7. Download Links

Download links are issued automatically after payment confirmation. Each link is valid for a limited number of downloads and expires after a set period. We strongly recommend saving your file immediately after downloading.

If your link has expired or you encounter any issue accessing your file, please contact us and we will assist you.

8. Availability

We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify any artwork listed on the site at any time without prior notice. Prices may also change at any time, though any change will not affect purchases already completed.

9. Limitation of Liability

Captain ArtZ is a small independent family-run website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our digital products.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
