About the Artwork
Who makes these drawings? Every artwork on Captain ArtZ is hand-drawn by Captain, a 6-year-old boy from Loei, Thailand. Nothing is AI-generated, digitally illustrated, or traced. Every line, every color, every composition comes entirely from him.
What materials does Captain use? Captain works with a variety of materials including watercolor, crayon, oil pastel, marker, and pencil. The medium is listed on each artwork’s page so you know exactly what you’re getting.
Are these original one-of-a-kind pieces? The physical originals are kept by the family. What you purchase is a high-quality digital file of the original artwork — scanned carefully to preserve the texture, color, and character of each piece.
About Purchasing
Do I need to create an account to buy? No. There is no account, no sign-up, and no login required. Simply choose the artwork you love, complete your payment, and receive your download link — that’s it.
How much do the artworks cost? Most artworks are priced at $5.00. Some pieces are available at different price points. The price is clearly shown on every artwork in the gallery.
What payment methods are accepted? We accept payment via PayPal. You can pay using your PayPal account or with any major credit or debit card through PayPal’s secure checkout — no PayPal account required.
Is my payment secure? Yes. All payments are processed through PayPal, one of the world’s most trusted payment platforms. We never see or store your card details.
About Downloads
What do I receive after purchasing? After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a secure download link. The email is sent automatically to the address you provide at checkout.
What file format will I receive? You will receive a high-resolution digital image file suitable for printing or personal display. File format and resolution details are listed on each artwork’s individual page.
How many times can I download the file? Your download link is available for a limited number of attempts and expires after a set period. Please save your file immediately after downloading to avoid any issues.
What if my download link doesn’t work or has expired? No problem at all. Simply contact us through the Contact page with your order details and we will resolve it for you promptly.
About Usage & Licensing
What can I do with the artwork after I download it? The digital files are licensed for personal use only. This means you can print them for your home, use them as wallpapers, or enjoy them digitally for non-commercial purposes.
Can I use the artwork for commercial purposes? Commercial use — including selling prints, using the artwork in products, advertising, or any revenue-generating activity — is not included in the standard license. If you are interested in commercial licensing, please contact us to discuss.
Can I share or resell the digital file? No. The file is for your personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold in any form.
Other Questions
Can I request a specific type of artwork from Captain? Captain draws freely from his imagination every day. We do not currently offer commissions, but new artwork is added to the gallery regularly so check back often.
How often is new artwork added? New pieces are added weekly as Captain continues to create. Follow our Facebook page to be notified when new artwork is available.
